Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and serviceable areas within Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
